Responsibilities

Design, develop, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models.

Design, develop, evaluate, and deploy applications based on AI systems, such as language models (LLMs) or text-to-speech models.

Collaborate within agile and multidisciplinary teams.

Ensure the quality of developed solutions and their relevance in addressing clients' business challenges.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development practices.

Communicate the progress and results of your work with your clients and colleagues.
Skills and Qualifications

Education: Master's degree in Computer Science - Artificial Intelligence.

5 years of experience in software development in the industry.

Strong skills in Python.

Strong skills in software engineering.

Experience with the machine learning experimentation process and understanding of models, particularly those used in natural language processing (NLP) like LLMs.

Strong communication skills in French and English.

Experience with the following technologies will be considered an asset: PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NLTK, FastAPI, Pydantic, Sentry, MLFlow/Weights and Biases, HuggingFace, Spacy, OpenCV.
